Hongsheng flipping machine is an efficient digital control equipment.
The whole machine adopts imported accessories, which can adjust the specifications of panel parameters according to different needs of users and simplify the operation difficulty.
Put the flipping products in the track slot of the flipping machine, turn on the power supply, and set the parameters on the display screen properly.
The machine can automatically sense and deliver each piece of flipping product. The two clamping blocks are propped open，then two chopsticks are inserted into the inner layer of the flipping product.
Then, under the action of the cylinder, the two chopsticks are inserted directly forward in the flipping direction.
At the same time, the outer layer of the reverse binding edge is flipped in this process, and then the two chopsticks are opened to extend to the two corners of the products that have been flipped, making the products smoother. The product drops automatically from the conveying track after flipping.
1000-1200 pieces can be produced each hour. Calculating according to the workload of each machine of 10 hours per day, a single equipment can produce10000-12000 pieces.
